The logistics operator achieved great market relevance in its first year
LogVett, a Logistics Operator specializing in Animal Health and one of the companies in the Ipanema Group, a leader in outsourcing veterinary products in Brazil, celebrated its first anniversary at an event that brought together the main executives in the veterinary industry.
In its first year, LogVett has achieved great relevance in the market, which can be seen not only by the presence of the professionals at the celebration but especially by the company’s rapid growth, which already serves important brands.
“We are very proud of what LogVett has become in such a short time. We are a company that has already made a name for itself in the Animal Health sector, already has a significant turnover, and stands out in terms of customer service and level of service,” says Mauricio Motta, LogVett’s CEO.
In order to meet the storage and transportation demands of its clients, LogVett already has a large workforce operating in dedicated teams for each of them, which is an important strategic differentiator for the company.
LogVett’s success is mainly linked to its focused and specialized performance in the segment, with processes and systems designed and developed by professionals with years of experience in Animal Health logistics.
“The team we’ve put together is a lot different from what the market is used to seeing,” said Motta. “It’s a dedicated, committed team, full of energy and, as one of our directors says, a team that, despite all the challenges, is united and very happy with its work.”
The company also works to offer a high level of service, competitive costs, and a technological and innovative vein to provide customizable solutions that meet the needs of its clients.
When it comes to infrastructure, LogVett spares no resources to ensure that its distribution centers meet the specific needs of animal health operations, whether in terms of temperature parameters or the physical characteristics of the space needed to accommodate stored products and provide agility for the operational team.
As an example, we can mention the company’s headquarters warehouse. Called Sky, it is air-conditioned to 25°C and has a refrigerated area from 2°C to 8°C. The pallet aisles are three meters apart, which provides greater productivity for forklift operators and less risk of damage, among other differentials.
Sky is strategically located in Cabreúva town, in the metropolitan region of Jundiaí, close to Greater São Paulo and Viracopos International Airport in Campinas, in stateside.
In addition to the head office, LogVett has units in other locations and networks with the capillarity to serve all regions of Brazil, delivering both in large urban centers and within the states. According to Motta, the operation is currently running at high-performance levels.
For the future, the market can expect the company’s exponential growth to continue, and it already has important projects in the pipeline in July and August.
There are also plans to open new units in other regions of the country, according to customer needs, as well as planned investments to expand the infrastructure at the headquarters.
“I believe LogVett has a bright future ahead of it. We still have a lot to do, but with a focus on the sector and determination, we will continue to deliver good services, while maintaining, first and foremost, our purpose of being the best solution for veterinary logistics in Brazil,” concludes Motta.
