Logvett, a logistics operator focused on the veterinary sector, participated in the panel “The Future of Animal Health Product Distribution in Latin America” during the Animal Health, Nutrition & Technology Innovation – Latam event, which took place in São Paulo in September.
The event, organized by the British company Kisaco Research, aims to present startups and innovation projects from Animal Health companies in Latin America, as well as to promote healthy discussions about the sector’s development in Brazil and worldwide.
The roundtable discussion featured Mauricio Motta, CEO of LogVett, Paulo Nassar, President of Cobasi, Cristiano Lauretti, Head of Private Equity at Kinea Investimentos, and Rodrigo Faleiros, Superintendence Director of UCBVET, moderated by Fabrício Sousa, Partner at Porsche Consulting. The leaders discussed logistics aspects from the perspective of the logistics operator, retail, investors, and industry.
The event brought together 150 executives from the Animal Health market.
When asked about the solutions that LogVett offers to meet the demands for customization and quality in the B2P (business to people) concept, Motta mentioned that the company has warehouse and customer service structures dedicated to each client, overseeing the process end-to-end. “This way, we offer personalized, humanized, and qualified service to provide the necessary information,” he said.
LogVett has suitable systems to provide real-time visibility of the order cycle, as well as forecasts based on algorithms available to each user. All this without forgetting information security aspects.
“Regarding reliability, we base ourselves on modeling operations to meet specific needs with intelligent routing and a network with coverage for service throughout Brazil,” explained Motta.
According to him, the company was founded with the conception that the customer is the protagonist. This principle is reflected in its many differentials, such as custom labels for the end user with embedded technology (QR code), an intuitive cargo tracking and geolocation model, with more user-friendly screens and interfaces, 100% communication via API, agile decision-making process, high investment capacity, among others.
LogVett is part of the Ipanema Group, a leader in the manufacturing of veterinary products in Brazil. Specializing in Animal Health, the company has professionals with years of experience in logistics for this segment, both in leadership and strategic positions.
Its headquarters are strategically located in the city of Cabreúva-SP, close to Viracopos airport in Campinas and Greater São Paulo, facilitating the shipment of products to different regions of the country. In addition to this, it has another unit in the state of São Paulo, one in Minas Gerais, and plans to open branches in other states.
“The final message is that we are up-to-date and prepared to adapt the business according to the needs and speed of our clients,” Motta concluded.
